Noel is really nice and responsive. He called me every time he needed to make a change to my computer and made sure I was ok with it and also stated how much it would cost. My sister went to pick up the laptop and forgot to check in for 10% discount. He let her comeback and gave her the discount money in cash. I will definitely come back and highly recommend his service to anyone who need to fix their computer 🙂

Great Experience! I'm a student at USC and I came in to fix my macbook pro retina screen which was cracked in the corner. I had looked at various highly rates places on Yelp in the area and chose to go with Noel because he offered the best price, and the quickest time. He also replied to my Yelp messages quickest and ordered the part as soon as I said I would come, so it arrived promptly. I was very pleased with the service!

My Macbook Air screen cracked and I can see lines coming down on the left side of the screen...I searched a few places to get this fixed because the Apple store wanted to charge me a lot. I found BYOD since it was kinda close to USC and they really did a great job not to mention also had the best quote that I got.. Service is friendly and also pretty quick! Also gave me a student discount for being a USC grad student! Thanks!

I really appreciate his fast and friendly service and appreciate that he gave me a 6 month warranty on the new battery and told me to let him know if I have any problems at all. I also like that my receipt was texted to me - cutting down on the tons of paperwork I have in the trunk of my car.

Amazing service. Had a 2012 MacMini with a failing hard drive. Went to the Apple Store and they didn't have the hard drive, had to wait 4 days for them to get it, went in again with my MacMini then told me it would take 5 days for it to get repaired. Found BYOD on here, called Noel and he said he would be able to do it same day. Ended up saving $30 on top of that too! Highly recommend coming here for your computer needs. A letter on my MacBook Air keyboard was sticking and my Apple Care plan had expired. It was time to shop for a quality, honest repair shop that didn't charge Apple-repair prices. I found THE guy...and THE place. Honest...reliable...fairly priced...and 100% customer-service oriented, BYOD Computer Services is the place to go. It's just one of those special places where you sincerely smile after paying. Businesses could really learn something from Noel on how to treat a customer. He's an "A+" guy who 100% goes the extra mile. I have finally found THE computer guy...and that's very, very cool.

I dropped my macbook pro and ended up with a broken LCD screen. After calling Melrose Mac, Apple, and several local places that gave me hideous quotes, I happened to stumble across Noel on yelp who offered the most affordable cost for replacement. Based on the positive reviews I gave it a go. He was honest and upfront from the start about ordering parts (he even showed me the cost of it prior to ordering) and did not ask me for a deposit as other places had. As soon as the part arrived he fixed it within a few hours and even allowed me to come during after hours to pick it up! Super helpful, amazing service, and very knowledgeable in his skills. If I ever have any other broken devices I will be coming back to Noel. Highly recommended.
