Every time my computer has a problem I cannot fix on my own he can always figured it out. His prices are reasonable and timing is quick (unlike when I took my laptop into the Microsoft store and they said it would have to hold it for 3 weeks for $120 just to take a look at it.)

Noel is incredibly incisive and helpful. My laptop malfunctioned because of an unauthorized Windows update, and my computer manufacturer wanted me to ship it to them for repairs (replace motherboard, etc). Noel was sympathetic to the fact that I simply cannot do without my laptop for a whole week in the middle of the semester, and he installed all the necessary software updates in an hour! The price was affordable and the service was excellent!

My laptop has been a pain since it's automatic Windows update. Audio was gone, the control panel is just a white screen and everything was super slow. Noel of BYOD came highly recommended by a friend who'd found him online. She was right! BYOD is not only knowledgeable and effective, but they guarantee their work! They don't charge for "telling you what's wrong" (like a doctor who collects pay for giving a diagnosis of a disease he can't cure!). If they can't fix it, they give you your money back. Well, they did fix my laptop, but knowing that they stood behind their work gained my loyalty big time! BYOD is going to be "my" computer company and the one I refer all my friends to from here on out!

*I had my laptop repaired a couple months ago. I kept getting the BSoD (blue screen of death) and it was soo annoying. I went here to get a quote and it was pretty good because I didn't have a back up file. In no time my laptop was fixed and I've had no issue thus far. All my files were there and the experience was quick. Highly recommended it.
